Story
In memory of a girl that lived life to the fullest and left an impression on everyone that met her.
Courtney was briefly a patient at the RCH on January 10, 2014 and lost her battle for life on January 13, 2014.
The hospital and staff handled this most horrific time in our lives with compassion, kindness and care. Although the amazing doctors and nurses could not pull off a miracle for my Courtney, they tried. This is a way to honour Courtney and her memory.
By trying to raise money and manage a team for the fun run, it gives me something positive to focus on, in a time when my life is so overwhelmed with sadness. We had an amazing response last year......

The Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal (Good Friday Appeal) brings together people from all parts of the community to raise money for the benefit of The Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne. Funds raised support research, state-of-the-art equipment, education and training, and family centred care programs.
