To all my Facebook friends, family, work colleagues, this year I am putting my "new" knee to the test and taking part in the RCH run for the kids.  This year Team Asha is running in memory of my great-niece Ella Nicole Bowers, who was born sleeping on 10 November 2013, and in support of her amazing parents Mardi and Richard and her big sister Ava.  Ella touched our lives in a way we will never forget.  And of course the gorgeous Asha, who has shown the most unbelievable courage and indomitable spirit in fighting leukemia for most of her short four years of life.  Asha is now very close to beating this illness, in no small way due to the unbelievable care and treatment she has received from the staff at the Royal Children's Hospital.   So everyone, please help us out by donating whatever you can to this incredible cause - every single donation makes a difference, whether big or small.  Thanks, Karen x
